2024 Pines Swimming Pool Information and Rules
All persons using the pool do so at their own risk, owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injures. There is No lifeguard on Duty at the pines swimming pool. Swim at your own risk.
Open recreational swimming is only permitted during the following hours:
Pines Swimming Pool Season Pass Holders:
Monday - Friday 11:30am-5:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm*
Daily Entrance Times for Pines Swimming Pool for individuals without a Pines Swimming Pool Season Pass:
Monday - Friday 12:00pm-5:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm-6:00pm*
* If swimming lessons have to be made up on a Saturdary or Sunday the pool is subject to close at 5:30pm if needed. Any announcement about closing at 5:30 on any particular Saturday or Sunday to accomodate a make-up swimming lesson date will be posted at pinesswimming.com and at the entreance gate of the pool.
Depending on the number of season passes sold we may limit the number of daily admissions available each day and / or may reduce the number of days the pool is available for daily admission. Any notice about the number of daily admissions available each day and / or changes in days the pool is available for daily admission will be posted on pinesswimming.com
Please note that entrance into the fenced area of the Pines Swimming Pool is restricted to season swimming pool pass holders, those registered for swimming lessons during swimming lesson time, and individuals that have paid the daily fee to enter the fenced pool area. Pines Golf Membership is separate from Pines Swimming Pool season passes and does not include swimming pool use. All other individuals other then those listed above will be asked to leave the pool area by staff.
Anyone swimming after hours will have their season pass privileges revoked if a season pass holder while nonseason pass holders will be denied admission the rest of the swimming season.
Daily Admission:
Adults and children over 54 inches tall = $10.00 Children 36 to 54 inches tall = $8.00
Any child under 36 inches tall or two years old or younger = Free
Children 14 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult or sitter aged 16 and above. (NO exceptions!) Anyone observed not adhering to this policy will be asked to leave.

- ALL food and beverages must be purchased from the Bistro and consumed in the designated areas. Designated areas are any area on the pool deck at least 6 feet away from the edge of the pool. Individuals booking a party may only bring in cake and ice cream all other food and beverage items must be purchased through the Bistro. No Food, Snacks, or Drinks are allowed in the pool at any time.
- Alcoholic beverages can only be brought into the pool area if they are purchased from the Bistro.
- The Bistro will be happy to provide you with a cooler with the purchase of beverages. Personal coolers are not allowed on the pool deck, except for medicinal purposes such as insulin or other medicines and must be preapproved by pool management.
- For sanitation reasons, children who are not toilet trained must wear secure rubber/plastic pants with elastic legs or swim diapers.
- You are required to wear appropriate swimming clothes. No street clothes allowed unless used as a cover-up over appropriate swimming clothes.
- For safety reasons, glass items are not allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.
- No pets are allowed on the pool deck at any time.
- All injuries, no matter how small, must be reported to pool management immediately.
- Aqua socks, flip flops, or other aquatic footwear are permitted on the pool deck. Street shoes are not permitted on the pool deck as they collect glass and other unsafe items.
- Skateboards, scooters, bicycles or other items with wheels are not allowed in the pool area or on the pool deck.
- For your safety, please always walk on the pool deck, no horseplay, no pushing or shoving.
- No Diving into the pool at any time.
- For your enjoyment and consideration of all pool users, the use of radios and other music playing devices will only be permitted if used with headphones.
- Additional typical pool rules posted at the pool like No Running must also be followed.
